Two Commitments to Every Referring Realtor
When you refer a client to FPM, we make two commitments: we won’t compete for their future sales business, and when we learn they’re preparing to buy or sell, we’ll refer them back to you.
Every client retains the right to choose whom they hire. FPM will not intentionally redirect your referred client to another Realtor or pursue that sales opportunity ourselves.
Paid to the referring Realtor’s brokerage, not directly to the agent, once all three milestones are met.
- Tenant placed FPM places a tenant in your client’s property.
- Agreement signed Your client signs a management agreement for at least one year.
- First rent collected The first month’s rent is collected, and the $500 goes to your brokerage.
